When my wife Jane and I decided it was time to sell our lake place, we didn’t have any idea what to do as far as selecting a realtor or what we should do. We did have someone who was interested in it so they did look at it. We had no idea what to charge for it so I decided to let them know as soon as I found out how much to ask. I thought it would be wise to talk to someone who was local and had some idea as to the market. We decided to contact New London Realty but didn’t know anything about them.
